WooCommerce is a widely-used platform that allows sellers to create and manage their own e-commerce websites. With our Woo-commerce to Tally-integration, sellers can integrate their entire financial transactions into tally account software without any manual interactions. In this article, we have explained the transactions which can be integrated and its process for integration.
Scope of integration
With our Woo-commerce to Tally import tool, user can integrate following:-
Stock items with SKU, HSN and other GST details.
Customer ledger with address, contact details and GST detail.
Sales order
Sales return
Payment: These can be knocked off against order IDs.
How this integration works
Generate following credentials from the Woo-commerce panel:-
Consumer Key
Consumer secret
Load Woo-Commerce to Tally Module (TCP) in Tally.
Import transaction on just a click of button.
Steps for Integrating Woo-Commerce with Tally:
Follow this guide to load the required TDL file.
Once loaded, you’ll see a new option, “Woo-Commerce Integration”, on the Gateway of tally (Refer Figure 1).

3. Click on Woo-Commerce Integration and select “Set Credentials” (Refer Figure 2). Enter your Woo-Commerce Store URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret provided by our team (Refer figure 3).

4. Choose option “Import Woo-Commerce Orders” and specify the date range for the orders you want to import (Figure 4).

5. After the orders are displayed on the Tally screen, follow this sequence to import the data:
Import New Stock Items (F5)
Import New Ledgers (F4)
Import Vouchers (F2)
