Scope of integration:
When connecting ERP with CRM, we can achieve bi-directional integration, which includes: 
  1. Importing and transferring data from ERP to Tally.
  2. Importing and transferring data from Tally to ERP.
Supported ERP Types:
All types of ERP systems, whether offline or online, can be integrated with 100% accuracy.
How it works:
(1) For Online ERPs: Online ERPs need to provide their pull APIs, which can be called from Tally software to import all necessary data. The process can be triggered either on a click of a button or scheduled to run automatically (e.g., every hour).

(2) For offline ERPs: For offline ERPs, we provide a Windows application that can be executed from Tally. This application connects to the ERP database, executes queries, and retrieves the required data for seamless import into Tally. Data synchronization can be triggered manually on a click of the button or scheduled to run automatically every hour, ensuring data stays up-to-date without manual intervention.

  • How much time is required for the entire integration?
Whole integration process can be completed within 7-10 days period.
  • What all masters/vouchers are supported in this integration?
It supports all masters and various vouchers of tally like stock items, ledgers, godowns, groups (masters) and  sales, sales return, purchase, purchase return, expense voucher etc (vouchers).
  • Will there be any chances of duplicacy in the data?
No. There cannot be any duplicacy since existing data will be altered if we run the import process again.
  • Can we share the response of successfully integrated voucher with ERP?
Yes, we can send the response of imported vouchers to the ERP using POST API.
  • Can such integration be done on real time basis?
Yes, we can do real time integration where information in the tally will be updated every single second.
