How to import Flipkart Sales report data to Tally

A Flipkart sales report includes comprehensive data on sales, returns, and cashback for sellers. Integrate this data effortlessly with Tally using our website’s one-click solution. Enjoy instant reconciliation of orders and seamless GST report generation. Follow the steps below to get started!
Download Flipkart Sales report
  1. Begin by logging into your  Flipkart seller Account.
  2. Click on Report in the top menu, then select Report Centre.
  3. Under Request New Report, choose Tax Reports.
  4. Choose Sales Report and click Request Report.
  5. Select the date range, submit the request, and a new window will open.
  6. Check the Requested Report section. If the status is “Generated,” click download and save it to your desired folder.
    • If it’s marked as “In Progress,” wait a few minutes for it to be generated.
Upload Report on tally-integration.in
  1. Sign up at Tally integration, existing users may login here.
  2. After login, click on Company List and add your company (if added, not required).
  3. New users need to activate trial from the left side menu.
  4. Go to import setting, choose Company > E-Commerce Platform> map necessary ledgers and voucher types.
        Note: Default voucher types and ledgers will be auto-populated, you can modify, if needed.
  1. Go to Upload Reports from the left side pane, choose company> Market Place> Year & month and upload your sales report.
Load TDL and Import data in Tally
  1. Download TDL from here.
  2. Open Tally ERP/Prime and load TDL.
  3. Open an existing company or create a new company.
  4. Update PAN and GSTIN in Tally. To learn the procedure, click here.
  5. On “Gateway of Tally,” go to Tally Integration.
  6. Under the login option, please enter login credentials of https://tally-integration.in/.
  7. Go to “View & Import” and choose relevant options and proceed.
  8. Entire data will be displayed on the tally screen, now click on import buttons in the following sequence:
    i) Import new stock items
    ii) Import new ledgers
    iii) Import vouchers
  9. Once you follow this procedure your entire data will be imported in tally. Press Ctrl + N to see the calculator pane of tally for errors if any.

  10. To verify the data imported in tally, 

    a. Open profit & loss a/c in tally and note the total amount of sales and shipping (Rs. 10,47,615.25 in figure-1).

         b. Open Flipkart sales report and apply sum formula in column Y (as shown in figure-2).

 

Note: Please note that tally data should not contain any entries other than those imported during this process. 

11. Now we will check GSTR-1 report of Tally which will show us accuracy of our solution. Screen shot is presented in figure-3 below:
