Shopify is a widely-used platform that allows sellers to create and manage their own e-commerce websites. By using advanced integration techniques, it’s possible to seamlessly connect a Shopify-based website with Tally for efficient accounting.
Scope of integration
With our Shopify to Tally import tool, user can integrate following:-
Stock items with SKU, HSN and other GST details.
Customer ledger with address, contact details and GST detail.
Sales order
Sales return
Payment: These can be knocked off against order IDs.
How this integration works
Generate credentials from the Shopify panel:-
Store URL
Access token
Load Shopify to Tally Module (TCP) in Tally.
Import transaction on just a click of button
Steps for Integrating Shopify with Tally:
Follow this guide to load the required TDL file.
Once loaded, you’ll see a new option, “Shopify Integration”, on the Gateway of tally (Refer Figure 1).

Click on Shopify Integration and select “Set Credentials” (Refer Figure 2). Enter your Shopify Store URL and Access token provided by our team (Refer figure 3).

Choose the option to Import Shopify Orders and specify the date range for the orders you want to import (Figure 4).

After the orders are displayed on the Tally screen, follow this sequence to import the data:
Import New Stock Items (F5)
Import New Ledgers (F4)
Import Vouchers (F2)
