Loading a TDL (Tally Definition Language) file in Tally lets you add new features and customize your Tally software. Steps to load TDL in Tally Prime
Open Tally and navigate to the main screen.
Press F1 or select Help from the menu.
In the Help options, click on TDLs & AddOns. This will open a new window.
Press F4 or choose Manage Local TDLs.
You will see an option labeled “Load selected TDL files on startup”. Press Enter to select Yes.
Now, locate the TDL file you’ve downloaded on your system. Copy the file path and paste it into the TDL path field in Tally.
If you have multiple files in that location, select the appropriate TCP file and press Enter.
Press Enter again to confirm the option to “Load TDL”.
Finally, press Enter once more to reach the end of the list.
